Dana Trevers Gives Keynote Speech at Legal Administrators Retreat

Costa Mesa, California (November 6, 2018) - Lewis Brisbois’ Director of Practice Management Dana Trevers gave the keynote speech at the 3rd Annual Chapter Retreat for the Association of Legal Administrators – Oregon Chapter, on October 26th. The theme of this year’s ALA educational retreat was “Riding the Wave: Leadership in a Growing Economy.” Ms. Trevers’ speech, titled “Time to Reinvent Your Wheel,” focused on the driving forces behind the changing leadership roles in the legal community.
Ms. Trevers discussed the impact of these changes on the legal industry, and how lawyers and law firms must reinvent themselves to lead their teams into the future. Her thought-provoking message was very well-received, with attendees and other speakers quoting Ms. Trevers’ speech throughout the weekend: “Be an influencer who inspires employees to transform vision into reality.”
