Jarred McBride



Jarred J. McBride is an associate in the Phoenix office of Lewis Brisbois and is a member of the General Liability Practice.

Mr. McBride's current practice includes defending individuals, corporations, and professionals in the areas of professional liability, complex commercial litigation, premises liability, personal/catastrophic injury, wrongful death, negligent misrepresentation, products liability, white collar fraud, and other general liability and commercial litigation matters.

Before joining Lewis Brisbois, Mr. McBride served as a prosecutor handling complex felony cases including sex crimes, child abuse, violent crimes, and white collar fraud. Mr. McBride has tried to verdict over 30 felony jury trials and over 50 bench trials. In addition to his extensive trial experience, Jarred has worked with experts in the medical field, as well as in the areas of DNA, ballistics, forensic interviews, fingerprints, computer forensics, toxicology, economics, general characteristics of child sexual abuse and domestic violence victimization, accident reconstruction, and life care planning.
