Tamar Yeghiayan is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Professional Liability Practice. Tamar has represented various attorneys, investment advisors, registered representatives, insurance agents, securities brokers and dealers, in state and federal litigation. Tamar's practice focuses on the defense of professional liability actions in the areas of attorney malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, malicious prosecution, breach of contract, and complex business litigation actions.
While in law school, at The Loyola Law School Project for the Innocent (LPI), Tamar spearheaded the representation of Kash Delano Register and helped facilitate his exoneration after 34 years of wrongful incarceration. Through LPI, Tamar gained significant practical experience reviewing cases, weighing the role of evidence, interviewing witnesses and drafting key court documents.
