Dana Fox to Join ABOTA Trial School Workshop

Los Angeles Partner Dana A. Fox will speak at the 32nd Annual Jack Daniels/Los Angeles ABOTA Trial Advocacy Skills Training Course sponsored by the Los Angeles Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). The program is a three-day event, held July 31 to August 2 at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
The course is designed to help law students develop trial techniques and skills. During the event, students will not only have the opportunity to learn from practicing trial attorneys, but also prepare and deliver their own opening and closing arguments, lead direct and cross-examination, and participate in voir dire. Mr. Fox will speak on crafting a closing argument and will give an example closing argument. His presentation is on August 1, beginning at 1:15 p.m.
