P. Zak Colangelo-Trenner
P. Zak Colangelo-Trenner is an associate in the Miami office of Lewis Brisbois and is a member of the General Liability and Products Liability Practices. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, he worked at boutique appellate and maritime law firms in Miami, where his practice focused on catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and insurance coverage litigation and appeals.
While in law school, Zak was Editor-in-Chief of the University of Miami Business Law Review. Along with his co-author, University of Miami School of Law Professor A. Michael Froomkin, Zak has published two articles about the intersection of privacy issues and technology: Self-Defense Against Robots and Drones, 48 Conn. L. Rev. 1 (2015), and Privacy as Safety, 95 Wash. L. Rev. (forthcoming March 2020).
