Caitlin Higgins is a partner in the Sacramento and Los Angeles offices of Lewis Brisbois and is a member of the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice and the Transportation Practice. Caitie represents clients in a variety of matters, including cases involving trade secrets, commercial contract disputes, and fiduciary duties, as well as trademark and copyright disputes.  She has also defended medical providers and other individuals and businesses against claims of negligence and intentional torts. As part of the Transportation Practice, she represents railroad clients in regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters.

Caitie is a Sacramento native who graduated magna cum laude from both the University of San Francisco (Bachelor of Arts in Psychology) and Michigan State University College of Law (Juris Doctor). In her free time, she enjoys taking nature walks with her spouse and two dogs, as well as traveling.
