Todd Seelman to Join Anti-Poaching Webinar Panel

Denver Managing Partner Todd R. Seelman will speak in a webinar panel entitled “Employee Anti-Poaching Agreements and the Antitrust Laws: Safeguards and Pitfalls” on July 24 at 3 p.m. EST. 

The webinar will examine no-poaching agreements in light of the recent joint guidance document issued by the Federal Trade Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division. The document prohibits certain types of wage-fixing and no-poaching agreements, and will prosecute violators under criminal antitrust statutes. The panel will discuss compliance with the guidelines and provide employers with best practices they can use to review and update their own hiring policies.
