Brian Slome, Jessica Beckwith to Give Legal Ethics CLE

San Francisco Partner Brian Slome and Los Angeles Partner Jessica Beckwith will speak about “Legal Ethics & Social Media” at the Alameda County Bar Association on May 10 in Oakland.

The presentation will discuss common ethical issues that lawyers face when using social media, including advertising and solicitation concerns, keeping client confidences, and duties of competence, as well as using social media for legal and factual research.
