Soo Jin Isicoff
Soo Jin Isicoff is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Corporate Practice. Ms. Isicoff focuses her practice on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investment, financing, corporate formation and governance and other commercial transactions, as well as day-to-day general corporate matters.
Ms. Isicoff advises start-ups and emerging growth companies on strategic decisions from prior to incorporation through the entire corporate lifecycle. Ms. Isicoff also has experience representing clients on entertainment and media transactions and various commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Isicoff represented international investors and business owners in several high profile securities fraud cases involving EB-5 and real estate development investments both in state and federal courts. Ms. Isicoff served as a judicial intern for the Chief Bankruptcy Judge of the Southern District of Florida and United States Magistrate Judge Patrick A. White. Ms. Isicoff was selected as a committee member of the 2017 Women to Watch/Rising Leaders of the Dade County Bar Association and is fluent in Korean.
