Maxwell Gregson is an associate in the Raleigh office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Workers’ Compensation Practice. He also practices in the areas of General Liability and Labor & Employment. During law school, Maxwell was a legal intern for the North Carolina Office of the Commissioner of Banks. Additionally, he was a staff member and published contributor on the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal.
Maxwell has represented clients in North Carolina’s state courts, federal courts, and bankruptcy courts. He regularly represents clients in front of administrative agencies including the North Carolina Industrial Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Maxwell has advised clients in all stages of litigation, including pre-suit counseling, to obtain the most effective result.
