Represented GSG Investments South Florida, LLC in the $77 million sale of a 6-parcel Florida portfolio of single-tenant industrial buildings to a publicly traded REIT.
Represented a developer in connection with the sale of commercial property located in New Jersey that served as a key distribution center for a major shipping company on the east coast.
Represented a fashion company in connection with the acquisition of a multimillion-dollar commercial condominium and showroom unit in New York City.
Represented a medical managed services organization (MSO) affiliate in the $4.2 million acquisition of a medical building in South Florida.
Represented a 1031 exchange investor in the acquisition of a single-tenant daycare in Gainesville, Florida.
Represented an operator of nightclubs in the acquisition of a building in Dallas, Texas from a large, publicly traded seller.
Represented CMB Export Infrastructure Investment Group 48 LP in connection with $450 million in financing for the redevelopment of the historic Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles.
