REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS

  • Represented GSG Investments South Florida, LLC in the $77 million sale of a 6-parcel Florida portfolio of single-tenant industrial buildings to a publicly traded REIT.
  • Represented a developer in connection with the sale of commercial property located in New Jersey that served as a key distribution center for a major shipping company on the east coast.  
  • Represented a fashion company in connection with the acquisition of a multimillion-dollar commercial condominium and showroom unit in New York City.
  • Represented a medical managed services organization (MSO) affiliate in the $4.2 million acquisition of a medical building in South Florida.
  • Represented a 1031 exchange investor in the acquisition of a single-tenant daycare in Gainesville, Florida.
  • Represented an operator of nightclubs in the acquisition of a building in Dallas, Texas from a large, publicly traded seller.
  • Represented CMB Export Infrastructure Investment Group 48 LP in connection with $450 million in financing for the redevelopment of the historic Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles.
  • Represented a New Jersey retailer in connection with a joint venture contract for the development of commercial property for a self-storage facility.
  • Represented a regional back-up power generator sales and service company with respective construction and new installation contracts and matters.
  • Represented a prestigious South Florida private golf club in large renovation and construction projects, including contract negotiations and litigation matters.
  • Represented a national operator of high-end photo and video studios, equipment rental, and software company with various construction and renovation projects in California and New York.
  • Represented a high-end Italian men’s fashion company in connection with multi-state retail store leases in various cities and shopping malls.
  • Represented an insurance brokerage company in connection with the subleasing of a 54,000 square feet facility in New York City.
  • Represented an owner/landlord of large Class A office park in West Palm Beach, Florida with respective leasing matters.
  • Represented a regional owner/operator of retail strip centers, commercial storage facilities, and other light industrial, with respective leasing and enforcement matters.
  • Represented a lubricants distributor in the disposition of several locations with a lease back in favor of the seller as a new tenant.
  • Represented a tenant of commercial real estate in a lease dispute. Secured the dismissal of all counterclaims, with prejudice, against our client.
