Newark, N.J./New York, N.Y. (October 10, 2022) - Lewis Brisbois is pleased to welcome Daniel Feldman to its Newark and New York offices as a partner in the firm’s Business Aviation and Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Practices. Joining Lewis Brisbois from EY, Mr. Feldman focuses his practice on business aviation structuring and tax planning for large international corporations, private equity funds, high net-worth individuals, and family offices.

In addition, he has assisted public and private clients with buy-side and sell-side due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions as well as workforce matters under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

In discussing his move to Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Feldman explained, “I was drawn to Lewis Brisbois because the firm provided a rare opportunity to be heavily involved in the business aviation and executive compensation arenas at the same time. This appealed to me and was unique to practicing law at Lewis Brisbois.”

Lewis Brisbois’ Business Aviation Practice Chair David Shannon noted, “I have worked with Dan for quite some time and am thrilled that he has decided to join our team. He has deep knowledge of the business aviation world and will bring a valuable, fresh perspective to the matters we handle.”

Likewise, National Corporate Practice Chair Michael G. Platner, who also serves as co-chair of the firm's Securities & Corporate Finance Practice, said, “Dan is highly skilled in various aspects of executive compensation. His tax background, coupled with his notable experience, will allow him to make significant contributions to our practice and deliver the highest quality of service to our clients.”
