Lewis Brisbois Enhances Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice with New Partner Hire in Nashville
Nashville, Tenn. (March 7, 2022) - Lewis Brisbois is pleased to welcome Tara Aaron-Stelluto to its Nashville, Tennessee office as a partner in the firm’s Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice. Ms. Aaron-Stelluto brings to Lewis Brisbois extensive experience in helping clients comply with ever-changing data protection regulations, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) from the EU. This work includes revising privacy notices and vendor agreements, as well as consulting clients on enhancing their information security policies and responding to information security questionnaires from customers. Significantly, Ms. Aaron-Stelluto also has deep experience in the intellectual property arena, having managed numerous trademark and copyright matters throughout her career, including licensing and trademark prosecution cases.

In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Aaron-Stelluto is a frequent speaker and writer on the intersection of data protection and trademark law, and has authored numerous articles, including for Compliance Weekly, the American Bar Association, and The Trademark Reporter. A member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, Ms. Aaron-Stelluto is CIPP/US and CIPP/E certified and serves as a member of the Data Privacy Committee for the International Trademark Association.
Ms. Aaron-Stelluto earned her law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law, and her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University. She is admitted to practice in Tennessee.
