Lewis Brisbois Enhances Complex Business and Commercial Litigation Capabilities in Texas With New Partner Hire

Houston, Texas (July 27, 2023) – Lewis Brisbois is pleased to welcome Sean Walsh to its Houston office as a partner in the firm’s Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice. Mr. Walsh represents businesses in all aspects of their formation, capitalization, operation, and governance, including in business and real estate transactions, finance, commercial litigation, insolvency and bankruptcy, intellectual property, and executive employment. Over the course of his 30-year legal career, he frequently has served as first-chair trial counsel and has worked with clients across several industries, including manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, construction, and banking.

In discussing his move to Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Walsh explained, “I am happy to be at a firm with such a strong national presence where I can assist businesses in a variety of industries and geographic locations. Mr. Walsh earned his law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University. He is admitted to practice in state and federal court in Illinois, Michigan, and Texas, as well as in federal court in New York and Ohio.
