Lewis Brisbois Adds LA-Based Partner to Growing Labor & Employment Practice, 44 More Attorneys Across Practice Areas in Offices Around the Country
Los Angeles, Calif. (July 12, 2023) – Lewis Brisbois is excited to welcome William R. H. Mosher as Partner to the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice.
Mr. Mosher joins the firm’s LA office with nearly two decades of experience defending employers in a wide variety of administrative and civil actions, including significant experience litigating class action, FLSA, and PAGA actions in state and federal courts.

Mr. Mosher frequently speaks on wage and hour related topics to help employers remain compliant with California’s ever-increasing and constantly changing employment laws. He has presented on subjects including the enforceability of time rounding policies, the ability of employers to regulate employee speech, employers’ rights under the Comprehensive Computer Data Access and Fraud Act/Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, and best practices for preparing employee handbooks. William also performs audits of employers’ wage and hour practices, and conducts wage and hour as well as sexual harassment training for clients’ management level employees.
Mr. Mosher earned his law degree from the UCLA School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Pomona College. He is admitted to practice in California, the U.S. District Court for the Central, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
