William Mauke to Present Patent Law Webinar Hosted by The Knowledge Group
Denver, Colo. (October 8, 2020) – Denver Partner William W. Mauke will present a live webinar titled “What’s In and What’s Out in PTAB AIA Trial Proceedings” on November 5 at 12:00 p.m. ET, hosted by The Knowledge Group.
During this discussion, Mr. Mauke will discuss the recent developments within the Patent Trial and Appeal Board’s (PTAB) America Invents Act (AIA) trial landscape, and provide an in-depth analysis of some notable patent cases and decisions.
