Webinar Series: Ethics I - Ethical Concerns That Keep Claims Professionals Awake At Night

Los Angeles, Calif. (June 27, 2023) – New Orleans Partner Nancy A. Cundiff, New York Partner Cristina R. Yannucci, and San Diego Partner Peter L. Garchie will present a webinar titled “Ethics I: Ethical Concerns That Keep Claims Professionals Awake At Night,” on July 20, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. PT.

During this informative 60-minute CLE session, our speakers will discuss the ethics of claim handling and the practice of law, with a focus on how remote work has affected ethical obligations. Moderated by Orange County Partner Esther Holm, this program will be beneficial and informative for insurance professionals and attorneys, including general counsel.

Ms. Cundiff is a member of the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation and Real Estate & Land Use Practices. Her combined experience litigating complicated contract disputes and large tort claims gives her unique insight into the business concerns of her clients and a knack for finding practical solutions to complex legal issues.

Ms. Yannucci is a national co-chair of Lewis Brisbois' Professional Liability Practice. She focuses on complex, high-profile professional liability litigation, including claims against attorneys, accountants, appraisers, real estate agents and brokers, title companies, real estate managers, insurance agents and brokers, and directors and officers. She also represents public entities and their employees in high-exposure professional liability litigation.

Mr. Garchie is vice-chair of Lewis Brisbois' Toxic Tort & Environmental Litigation Practice and is an accomplished trial attorney, having tried more than 50 jury cases to verdict. His areas of expertise include professional liability, products liability, environmental/toxic torts litigation, and commercial and intellectual property litigation.

Ms. Holm is co-chair of the Professional Liability Practice, and vice-chair of the Product Liability Practice. Her specialty is Trial Practice in Professional, General, Employment, Transportation and Product Liability matters. She moderates all sessions that are part of this General Webinar series by Lewis Brisbois.
