Three Dallas Partners to Present at ACC Annual In-House Symposium

Americans with Disabilities Act Update,” will cover how to strike the right balance between accommodating employees that are disabled under the Americans with Disabilities Act and protecting companies from undue hardships. Their discussion will also provide an update on the current landscape of the ADA and discuss the best practices and how to avoid employer traps.
Mr. Blackstone’s presentation, “Intellectual Property: Protecting Your Organization’s Products and Innovations,” will provide an overview of the different types of intellectual property available to an organization, such as copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and best practices to ensure cost-effective protection of your important IP assets.
