Costa Mesa, Calif. (October 8, 2020) – Lewis Brisbois is pleased to announce that Orange County Administrative Partner Thomas G. Oesterreich was recently accepted as a new member of the Orange County Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (OC ABOTA) during the organization’s National Board Meeting on October 3, 2020.
A trial attorney with over 30 years of experience in a wide range of practice areas, Mr. Oesterreich has handled a variety of wrongful death and catastrophic injury matters, and has represented corporations, small businesses, and individuals in complex commercial litigation. He also regularly defends professionals, including insurance brokers, attorneys, accountants, and actuaries. In addition, Mr. Oesterreich specializes in the successful resolutions of complex commercial and personal injury matters, and has served as both an arbitrator and mediator in such cases.
