The Licensing Journal Republishes IP Article by Michael Greenberg

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. (September 12, 2019) – Fort Lauderdale Associate Michael B. Greenberg’s article “What Wearable Tech Could Mean for Sports: A Lesson from the Alliance of American Football,” was recently published by The Licensing Journal, part of Wolters Kluwer.

Originally featured on Lewis Brisbois’ Intellectual Property & Technology blog in May 2019, the article explores how emerging technology in professional sports could give rise to “hot news” misappropriation claims. The post was one of the blog’s most read articles this summer.
