Shane Singh, Tracy Wolf to Speak at CLM Conference

Sacramento Partner Shane Singh and Dallas Partner Tracy Wolf will participate in panels at the 2018 CLM & Business Insurance Retail, Restaurant & Hospitality Conference, which will be held February 7 to 9 in Dallas.

Singh’s panel, titled “Effects of Recreational and Medical Marijuana in the Workplace,” will take place at 11:40 a.m. on February 8. In the wake of an increase in the legalization of medical and recreational marijuana, the panel will discuss how to maintain a drug-free workplace while respecting and protecting employees’ medical needs.

Wolf will speak at 10:20 a.m. on February 9 as part of a panel titled “Dangerous Curves: Navigating New Employment Law Issues.” The panel will review trends in employment and labor law as well as new coverages available in the hospitality sector.
