Seth Weinstein to Join Panel on Natural Disaster Claims at CLM Focus Virtual Conference

New York, N.Y. (November 3, 2020) – New York Partner Seth I. Weinstein will join a panel discussing natural disaster claims at the 2020 CLM Focus: Cannabis, Environmental, Insurance Fraud, Property, Subrogation, Claims & Litigation Conference, taking place virtually from November 3 to November 5.

Mr. Weinstein's panel, titled, “Natural Disasters and Dealing with the New Reality of Catastrophic Claims,” will begin at 12:30 p.m. ET on November 5. During this discussion, Mr. Weinstein will cover the evolving world of natural disaster claims, litigation best practices, and the application of sound claimant and defendant practice.

Mr. Weinstein is vice-chair of Lewis Brisbois’ First Party Property Practice and concentrates his practice in insurance coverage and property damage litigation.
