Seth Weinstein Talks Mediation in CLM Magazine Article

New York Partner Seth Weinstein recently had a featured article titled “To Mediate Or Not Mediate, That Is Not The Question” published in the October edition of CLM Magazine focusing on issues pertaining to Hurricanes Harvey and Irma.

The article, co-authored with Lewis Brisbois client William Walsh, discussed lessons learned from the mandatory mediation programs from Superstorm Sandy in anticipation of similar programs that could result from Hurricanes Harvey and Irma. Read the full article here.
