Sean Hoar to Present on Cybersecurity at Community Bankers of Washington Conference

Stevenson, Wash. (September 9, 2019) – Portland Partner Sean Hoar will present on cyber breaches at the 2019 Western States Community Banking Conference & Trade Show, hosted by the Community Bankers of Washington (CBW). The event will be held on September 18-20 at the Skamania Lodge in Stevenson, Washington.

Titled “Cyber Breaches & The Messes They Create,” Mr. Hoar’s presentation will begin early on September 19, and will give audience members valuable insights into the growing issue of cybersecurity breaches. Mr. Hoar will also provide tips on how to protect oneself and one’s business. 

The CBW is a member-driven organization, governed by a Board of Directors comprised solely of independent community bankers, in affiliation with the Independent Community Bankers of American (ICBA).

Mr. Hoar is chair of the firm’s Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice and a frequent speaker on issues involving cybersecurity and the law. He is also a regular contributor to Lewis Brisbois’ Digital Insights blog.
