Sean Hoar, Cristina Yannucci to Join Panels at CLM Cyber, Management, and Professional Liability Conference
Boston, Mass. (June 5, 2019) – Portland Partner Sean B. Hoar and New York Partner Cristina Yannucci will join panels at the 2019 CLM Cyber, Management, and Professional Liability Conference on July 11 at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel.
At 12:45 p.m., Mr. Hoar’s panel will present “Cyber: Well, It’s Too Late Now — Being Properly Prepared for a Data Breach,” which will present case studies and examine how organizations can properly prepare for a data breach incident.
Then, at 3:25 p.m., Ms. Yannucci and fellow panelists will present “Professional Liability: Pragmatic Issues on Settlement Versus Trial for Legal Malpractice Cases,” which will address the unique and pragmatic issues that arise during the course of a legal malpractice lawsuit, such as whether to defend through trial or move towards settlement.
Mr. Hoar is the chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice and has extensive experience managing responses to digital crises and effectively marshalling resources to contain and remediate information security incidents. Ms. Yannucci is the vice-chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Legal Malpractice Defense Practice, and focuses her practice on litigation in the fields of professional liability and municipal liability.
