Sarah Jessee Named Chair of VADA’s Young Lawyers Division

Roanoke, Va. (October 26, 2020) - Roanoke Associate Sarah C. Jessee was recently named Chair of the Young Lawyers Division of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys (VADA). In her new role, Ms. Jessee will lead efforts to provide opportunities for division members to network and exchange ideas.

VADA, which was established more than 50 years ago, is a voluntary bar association comprised of over 850 attorneys whose litigation is primarily focused on the defense of civil actions. Its mission is to assist Virginia attorneys in the professional and ethical representation of their clients in civil litigation through education, communication, and fellowship.

"I am grateful for the exciting opportunity that VADA has given to me to help advance the organization’s important goals,” said Ms. Jessee. “I am looking forward to working with my colleagues in the Young Lawyers Division so that we may strengthen our network and continue to support one another in our practice.”

Ms. Jessee is a member of Lewis Brisbois’ Medical Malpractice and Healthcare Practices. She focuses on the defense of medical malpractice claims as well as other civil litigation matters.
