Rachel Reynolds to Present on Vaping & Tobacco Litigation at FDCC Winter Meeting
Scottsdale, Ariz. (January 16, 2020) – Seattle Partner Rachel Tallon Reynolds will give a presentation titled “Vaping – Tobacco Litigation 2.0 – Part II,” at the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel Winter Meeting in Scottsdale, Arizona from March 3-7.
Ms. Reynolds’ presentation will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 6 and will focus on legal issues surrounding vaping and tobacco litigation, specifically types of claims that have been made, what sorts of defenses that may be offered, and much more.
This event offers the opportunity to experience the area while also attending informative presentations given by professionals from all over the country.
Ms. Reynolds is a member of Lewis Brisbois’ Toxic Tort & Environmental Litigation, Products Liability and General Liability Practices, and acts as counsel for a variety of asbestos defendants including product manufacturers, premises owners, and suppliers.
