Rachel Reynolds to Join Panel at Midwest Regional FDCC Symposium
Chicago, Ill. (May 9, 2019) – Seattle Partner Rachel Tallon Reynolds will join a panel at the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel’s (FDCC) 2nd Annual Midwest Regional Corporate Counsel Symposium on June 12th at the Chicago office of Hinshaw & Culbertson. Her panel is titled "Discovery on Discovery – Discovery Directed Against the Corporate Discovery Search Team and Outside Discovery Vendors and Responses to Same."
Ms. Reynolds and her fellow panelist will address the developing practice of initiating discovery that is directed at the discovery process itself and the representatives, vendors, and law firms who respond to discovery on behalf of clients.
