Rachel Reynolds to Join “Anatomy of a Trial” Panel at FDCC Annual Meeting

Seattle, Wash. (June 10, 2022) – Seattle Administrative Partner Rachel Tallon Reynolds will speak at the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC) Annual Meeting, hosted at the Hyatt Regency in Seattle on July 26 at 11:00 a.m. PT.  

In an informative 50-minute panel titled “Anatomy of a Trial - Handling The Truth: Eliciting Great Testimony On Direct And Cross Examination,” Ms. Reynolds and her co-panelists will discuss what to do when a client is the plaintiff’s first witness. They will demonstrate how to correctly frame questions put to each witness, build an effective cross-examination, and handle potentially hostile witnesses. 

Ms. Reynolds is also one of the “Seattle Ambassadors” at the conference - a group of attendees who have given their recommendation on the hidden gems of the Seattle area, including restaurants and notable sights.  

Ms. Reynolds is a member of the Toxic Tort & Environmental Litigation, Products Liability, Life Sciences, Public Agency & Municipal Law, and National Trial Practices. She acts as counsel for a variety of product manufacturers and premises defendants in asbestos litigation, and has handled cases involving allegedly defective medical devices for leading medical technology companies. In addition, Ms. Reynolds has represented multinational oil companies in environmental litigation; automotive, personal watercraft, and appliance manufacturers in product liability matters; and trucking and transportation companies in catastrophic injury cases.
