Phoenix Partners Jessica Beckwith & Sean Healy Present at Trial Lawyers’ Annual Liens Seminar
Phoenix, Ariz. (January 6, 2020) – Phoenix Partners Jessica Beckwith and Sean Healy will give a presentation titled “Tips for Ethically Protecting Your Clients, Yourself and the Rights of Third Parties,” at the Arizona Association for Justice The Trial Lawyers’ Annual Liens Seminar 2020. The event takes place February 7 at the Phoenix Convention Center.
Ms. Beckwith and Mr. Healy will be discussing ethical considerations for attorneys when handling third party liens. Attendees will have the opportunity to earn up to five hours of CLE credit, with .5 of Ethics.
Ms. Beckwith is a member of Lewis Brisbois’ Professional Liability and Real Estate & Environmental practices, focusing on attorney regulation and ethics, as well as environmental law.
Mr. Healy is chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Directors & Officers and Securities Litigation Practice and vice chair of the Professional Liability Practice and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
