Patricia Gary to Moderate ACEC Panel on Integrating Climate-Resilience in Public Infrastructure

Boston, Mass. (January 26, 2023) - Boston Partner Patricia Gary will moderate a panel discussion on integrating climate-resilience into public infrastructure, hosted by the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) on February 2 at 1:30p.m. ET.

This informative 90-minute session, titled "Integrating Climate-Resilience Into Critical Public Infrastructure: Emerging Trends In Design, Risk Mitigation, and Insurance," will provide insights on how insurance companies use cat modeling software to model hazard, vulnerability, exposure and loss from climate change events to quantify adaptation measures and assess mitigation efforts. Ms. Gary will be joined by a panel of experts, who will discuss critical highway transportation infrastructure's is vulnerability to climate change, and  how forward-thinking transportation professionals are addressing climate risks.

Ms. Gary is a member of the Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Litigation Practices. She represents clients in complex commercial disputes across a broad range of industries, including professional liability actions against architects, engineers, and other professionals. Ms. Gary specializes in the areas of insurance coverage litigation and advice and has successfully tried bad faith cases to conclusion.
