Partner John Harding to Speak at Perrin Conference on Allocation Issues
Philadelphia, Penn. (April 10, 2019) – Boston Partner John Harding will join a panel at the Perrin Insurance Coverage & Allocation Issues Conference on Thursday, May 30th at the Union League of Philadelphia.
Mr. Harding’s panel, titled “Recent Trends and Developments in Allocation Issues – Which Policies Apply and in What Order,” will begin at 9:00 a.m. and will cover the latest trends in allocation, focusing on mass tort claims and other hot topics in the industry.
The conference will feature several panels of industry professionals and attorneys addressing cutting-edge issues and developments in insurance coverage for property and casualty claims.
Mr. Harding is a member of Lewis Brisbois’ Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Litigation Practices and has more than 27 years of experience in representing domestic and foreign insurers on a national basis.
