Nelse Miller to Moderate Panel on Insurance Coverage at ABA Annual Conference
Boston, Mass. (May 1, 2019) – San Diego Partner Nelse Miller will moderate a panel at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Real Property Trust and Estate Annual Conference in Boston, Massachusetts on May 9th.
Beginning at 3:15 p.m., Ms. Miller’s panel, titled “Real News about Fake Insurance and Other Trends in Property Loss, Construction and Leasing,” will address how to understand what coverage is being actually being provided by various types of insurance policies, how to spot “fake insurance,” and what to do about it. Ms. Miller will be joined by other insurance industry and legal professionals.
Ms. Miller is a member of Lewis Brisbois’ General Liability Practice, with dual focus on complex personal injury and real estate/construction litigation. She also has experience in cases dealing with products liability, hospitality liability, and work-related accidents.
