Nelse Miller to Join ABA Webinar on Spotting Fake Insurance

San Diego, Calif. (June 8, 2020) - San Diego Partner Nelse Miller will join an online panel discussion titled “Spotting Fake Insurance and Other Insurance Traps,” hosted by the American Bar Association (ABA). The virtual event will take place on Wednesday, June 10 at 10:00 a.m. PST.

This webinar will analyze where there is risk in insurance provisions that appear to provide coverage, including what to look for in negotiating coverage for construction/leases, how lack of coverage can affect property damage or third party claims, and more.

Ms. Miller is a member of Lewis Brisbois’ General Liability Practice and primarily focuses on personal injury products liability, hospitality liability, and work-related accidents.
