Michelle Gilboe to Co-Present Webinar on New Uses of Real World Data to Advise and Defend

Minneapolis, Minn. (May 28, 2021) – Minneapolis Managing Partner Michelle R. Gilboe will join Exponent, Inc. for a webinar titled, “Real World Data Driven Insights into Consumer Product Use: What You Don’t Know CAN Help You,” scheduled to take place on June 10 at 1:00 p.m. ET.

This 60-minute webinar will discuss new and innovative technologies that measure and interpret consumer-product interactions, addressing the particular data that the technologies generate. In addition, the speakers will provide examples of how such data can be used to support product performance, to help minimize product risk, and to create and support key defenses during litigation.

Ms. Gilboe serves as a chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Life Sciences Practice and as vice-chair of its Complex Business & Commercial Litigation and Products Liability Practices. An experienced trial attorney with a national practice focused on defending pharmaceutical, medical device, industrial products and exercise equipment manufacturers, Ms. Gilboe has significant experience in complex class action, toxic tort and MDL litigation, including representation of multiple pharmaceutical manufacturers in various states.
