Michelle Gilboe, Thomas Regan to Present Strafford Webinar on FCRP 30(b)(6) Amendment

(October 14, 2020) – Minneapolis Managing Partner Michelle R. Gilboe and Newark Partner Thomas Regan will present a live, 90-minute webinar titled "Rule 30(b)(6) Amendments: Eliminating Deficient Subject Lists and Securing Better Prepared Witnesses," on November 17 at 10:00 a.m. PT. Hosted by Strafford, the webinar will be followed by an interactive Q&A with the presenters.

During this webinar, Ms. Gilboe and Mr. Regan will examine the first substantive amendment to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 30(b)(6) in 50 years, taking effect on December 1, 2020. They will review how the amendments came about, the compromises made, and most importantly, what the new "meet and confer" obligation will require from both those issuing notices and from deponents.
