Meredith Kaplan Stoma to Present at NJICLE Legal Malpractice Seminar
Newark, N.J. (February 8, 2023) - Newark Partner Meredith Kaplan Stoma will present at an upcoming seminar hosted by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) on March 25 at 10:45 a.m. ET.
This informative 30-minute presentation, titled “Dealing With a Difficult Client,” will provide an overview of problem clients and how attorneys can avoid mistakes, and how to deal with clients who refuse legal advice or want to lie at deposition, trial, or to the opposing party. Ms. Stoma will also provide practical solutions for problem clients that refuse to pay bills, or challenge attorney fees after recovery. CLE credits are available.
