Mario Fontes Speaks to Law360 About Move to Lewis Brisbois

Washington, D.C., (December 8, 2021) - Mario Fontes, who recently joined Lewis Brisbois’ Washington, D.C. office as a partner in the firm’s Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Securities & Corporate Finance Practices, spoke with Law360 for an article about his move to the firm.

As the article notes, Mr. Fontes has extensive experience advising U.S., Latin American, and European companies on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate disputes. He also has experience counseling prequalified bidders to acquire government telecommunication, energy, and natural resources entities.
