Angeline Ioannou to Present at Annual CLM Conference in Orlando
Hartford, Conn. (February 13, 2019) – Hartford Managing Partner Angeline Ioannou will give a presentation titled “How to Properly Draft Enforceable Indemnification and Limitations of Liability Clauses” at the Annual CLM Conference in Orlando on March 14th at 10am.
Ms. Ioannou’s presentation will identify the different types of anti-indemnity laws that exist and how indemnification claims fare under each one, as well as the ‘Additional Insured’ loophole sometimes found in commercial contracts. It will also provide tips on drafting Limitation of Liability clauses for commercial contracts.
