Lindsay Nickle to Join Baylor Law Roundtable Discussing Litigation Privacy & Cybersecurity

Dallas, Texas (October 23, 2020) – Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Vice-Chair and Partner Lindsay Nickle will join a virtual roundtable discussion titled “Litigation Privacy & Cybersecurity: The New Kidnap & Ransom(ware),” hosted by Baylor Law on October 28 at 12:00 p.m. CT. 

During this discussion, Ms. Nickle and other data privacy law experts will share valuable insights on how the pandemic has impacted privacy and cybersecurity litigation practices, as well as what the future of data kidnapping and ransomware will look like as the pandemic continues. 

Ms. Nickle is a partner in Lewis Brisbois’ Dallas office. She assists clients by overseeing the process of investigating data security events, interpreting the myriad state and federal laws governing data breach response, and guiding clients through regulatory investigations arising from data security incidents.
