Lewis Brisbois to Host Twin Cities Women in Financial Services Employment Panel
Minneapolis, Minn. (November 8, 2022) – Lewis Brisbois will host a panel discussion titled “Winning the Talent Wars” on November 10 at 4:30 p.m. CT, at the Wells Fargo Center in Minneapolis.
The panel will share their strategies for navigating the current employment landscape, negotiating compensation, benefits and flexibility, and attracting and retaining talent. Additional topics include finding the best fit, using networking to maximize opportunities, and maintaining the commitment to DEI.
The panel will include Courtney Brod, Director of Business Development - Technology at FTI Consulting, Megan Harvey, Director and Head of Recruiting at Piper Sandler, and Julie Kline, Managing Director at Growth Operators, and will be moderated by Minneapolis Partner Julie Firestone.
