Lewis Brisbois Corporate Team Closes Refinancing of Manufacturer

(August 29, 2022) - A Lewis Brisbois cross-office and cross-practice team led by Fort Lauderdale Managing Partner Michael Platner and Los Angeles Partner Alexis Crump – with Fort Lauderdale Partner Gary Romer, Tampa Partner Steven Holtzman, New York Partner Frank Cerza, Fort Lauderdale Associate Samantha Vidal, and New Orleans Associate Jessica Hidalgo – recently closed a refinancing of several real estate loans in Florida and New York for a large manufacturer. The transaction involved commercial lending, corporate, and real estate issues, as well as coordination across various Lewis Brisbois locations and practices, which resulted in successfully achieving the business objectives of the firm’s client.

Mr. Platner serves as chair of Lewis Brisbois’ national Corporate Practice and co-chair of its Securities & Corporate Finance Practice. Ms. Crump serves as a co-chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Commercial Lending Practice and as a vice-chair of its Corporate and Italy Practices. Mr. Romer, Mr. Holtzman, and Ms. Vidal are also members of the firm’s Corporate Practice, with Mr. Romer also serving as vice-chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Real Estate & Land Use and Commercial Lending Practices. Mr. Cerza serves as chair of the firm’s Italy Practice and co-chair of the Real Estate & Land Use Practice.
