Dallas, Texas (October 3, 2019) – Dallas Partner Elizaveta (Leiza) Dolghih will present at the University of Texas at Dallas 2nd annual Women’s Summit on Wednesday, October 23, at the Davidson-Grundy Alumni Center in Richardson, Texas.
Ms. Dolghih’s presentation, taking place during the 10:00 a.m. breakout sessions, is titled “Protecting Your Business’s Trade Secrets: Lessons from Uber, Google and Amazon,” and will cover the basic principles of protecting proprietary business information, such as customer lists, marketing strategies, and the other “secret sauce” of a successful business. Ms. Dolghih will also discuss real-world examples of how major companies have protected their trade secrets, and how their methods can be scaled to smaller and medium-sized businesses.
This event is presented in partnership with WEDallas and takes place during Women’s Entrepreneurship Week, which encourages women to chart their own course in business.
Ms. Dolghih is a co-chair of the Lewis Brisbois’ Trade Secrets & Non-Compete Disputes Practice, and serves on the Trade Secrets subcommittee of the Texas Bar Intellectual Property Section.
