Leiza Dolghih to Present on Non-Compete Litigation for Collin County Bar Association

Dallas, Texas (November 8, 2021) – Dallas Partner Elisaveta "Leiza" Dolghih will present a Non-Compete Litigation Update for the Collin County Bar Association’s Civil Litigation/Appellate Section on November 18 at 12:00 p.m CT. 

In this 60-minute session, Ms. Dolghih will discuss the most recent developments in non-compete litigation in Texas and across the country.  

Ms. Dolghih is co-chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Trade Secrets & Non-Compete Disputes Practice and has extensive courtroom experience, including multiple jury trials, bench trials, and injunction evidentiary hearings. She advises clients on the best protection measures for their trade secrets and, when necessary, litigates trade secrets misappropriation, non-competition, non-solicitation, and other claims that are frequently brought when employees move between competing employers.
