Leiza Dolghih to Present on COVID-19 & Workforce Reintegration at UNT College of Business Event
Dallas, Tex. (March 12, 2021) – Dallas Partner Elisaveta “Leiza” Dolghih will deliver the keynote presentation for an "HR Collaborative" virtual event hosted by the University of North Texas G. Brint Ryan College of Business on April 8. Ms. Dolghih's presentation, titled “COVID Workforce Reintegration: Being Proactive is the Key,” will being at 1:00 p.m. CT and will be followed by a Q&A session.
During her presentation, Ms. Dolghih will discuss how to proactively address challenges related to the reintegration of your workforce after COVID-19, including such topics as vaccinations, return to work policies, in-person vs. remote work arrangements, employee accommodations, and more. Ms. Dolghih is a co-chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Trade Secrets & Non-Compete Disputes Practice. She focuses her practice on prosecuting and defending misappropriation of trade secrets as well as breaches of non-compete and non-solicitation agreements. She is also a proud UNT alumna with a bachelor's degree in human resources management, magna cum laude.
