Leiza Dolghih to Present at Texas CLM Hospitality Conference
Dallas, TX (December 26, 2018) - Dallas Partner Leiza Dolghih will join a panel at the CLM Retail, Restaurant and Hospitality conference in Grapevine, TX, on February 7, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. on the topic “The Blame Game – When Temporary Workers are Involved, Who is Responsible?”
The panel, which includes the General Counsel of Employee Solutions LP, a staffing agency, and the in-house counsel for JC Penney, will discuss joint employer, discrimination, union, criminal, no-poaching, and a variety of other legal issues that often arise when staffing agencies are part of the employment equation. The panel will look at these issues from the perspective of the staffing agencies as well as the companies that use such agencies, and will discuss the best practices that help minimize the risk of litigation.
Ms. Dolghih is a member of Lewis Brisbois' Labor & Employment Practice. She has over a decade of experience, and her practice also includes business litigation in state and federal courts, and general employment advice to companies regarding compliance with federal and state employment laws, investigations, and litigation of employment law claims.
