Leiza Dolghih to Moderate Panel at CAIL Conference on Intellectual Property Law

Dallas, Texas (November 3, 2021) – Dallas Partner Elisaveta "Leiza" Dolghih will moderate a panel on trade secrets at The Center for American and International Law (CAIL) 59th Annual Conference on Intellectual Property Law on November 9 at 2:55 p.m. CT.  

This informative 60-minute session titled “Building A Trade Secret Program” will feature a panel of experts who will provide insights into building a successful trade secrets protection program, from reasonable measures to best practices in handling employees’ departures. CLE credits are available.  

CAIL is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of justice through the education of lawyers and law enforcement officials in the United States and across the globe. 

Ms. Dolghih is co-chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Trade Secrets & Non-Compete Disputes Practice and has extensive courtroom experience, including multiple jury trials, bench trials, and injunction evidentiary hearings. She advises clients on the best protection measures for their trade secrets and, when necessary, litigates trade secrets misappropriation, non-competition, non-solicitation, and other claims that are frequently brought when employees move between competing employers.
