Leiza Dolghih to Join UT Law School Live Webcast Discussing Non-Compete Practices
Dallas, Texas (January 20, 2021) – Dallas Partner Elisaveta “Leiza” Dolghih will join a live studio webcast on February 3 at 1:00 p.m. CT titled “Non-Compete Essentials: From Drafting to Litigating,” hosted by The University of Texas at Austin School of Law.
This four-part short course will cover the essentials of Texas non-compete law, covering the entire life cycle of a non-compete agreement, from drafting, to hiring an employee who has a non-compete agreement, to summary judgment, trial, appeal, and more.
Ms. Dolghih is a Co-Chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Trade Secrets Practice and is often called upon by clients to assist with key employee moves between competitors. She is a frequent speaker and writer on non-compete issues and was recently recognized by D Magazine as a Best Lawyer Under 40 in Labor & Employment Law for a fourth consecutive year.
