Leiza Dolghih to Join Stafford Webinar on Drafting Severance & Confidentiality Agreements
Dallas, Tex. (May 29, 2019) – Dallas Partner Elisaveta (Leiza) Dolghih will join a panel presenting a webinar on Wednesday, June 5, at 1:00 p.m. EDT, hosted by Stafford Publications. The webinar is titled “Drafting Severance and Confidentiality Agreements Amid Continued SEC, EEOC and NLRB Scrutiny.”
Ms. Dolghih and her fellow panelists will provide practical guidance on drafting severance and confidentiality agreements that will withstand heightened scrutiny from such agencies as the SEC, EEOC, NLRB and OSHA. The group will also discuss how to update or avoid contract provisions to minimize the likelihood of lawsuits or agency challenges.
