Leiza Dolghih Pens Article on Trade Secrets for Dallas Bar Association’s Headnotes

Dallas, Texas (January 10, 2020) – Dallas Partner Elisaveta "Leiza" Dolghih recently authored an article for the Dallas Bar Association’s (DBA) Headnotes’ January 2020 issue, titled “Protecting Business Secrets,” discussing Trade Secret Litigation.

In her article, Ms. Dolghih writes a ten-step how-to piece on the most common steps that any company should take in protecting its trade secrets and maintaining its secrecy under the Texas Uniform Trade Secrets Act (TUTSA) and federal Defend Trade Secrets Acts (DTSA). Ms. Dolghih discusses the process of identifying trade secrets, Non-Disclosure Agreements, implementing new procedures, and much more.

Ms. Dolghih is a co-chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Trade Secrets & Non-Compete Disputes Practice and frequently speaks and writes on Employment and Trade Secrets issues.
